Mid-Month Reminder and Thank You to Frantic Stampers

Mid-Month Reminder to enter the December Die Cut Divas Challenge,
sponsored by FRANTIC STAMPER.

The Challenge is "Fancy/Uneven Edge on at least
one of the Outside Edges of a Card"

Frantic Stamper has provided two wonderful dies for the prize.

Here's our DT's mid-month inspiration projects:

Cindy created a fancy/uneven edge by doing partial die-cutting.

Arlene found a way to use a Winter church to create a Sympathy card.  Of course, looking at this scene in the black die cut, you could create a spooky Halloween card with it too.

Michelle loves this vine edger-

Linda went with a scalloped edge using FS Simple Scalloped Edgers.

We hope to see you in the December Gallery!

The winner is Arlene Rose
#49

Winner:  Be sure to contact Die Cut Divas at thedcdivas@gmail.com so we may send your email address to our sponsor.

The Die Cut Divas' favorites follow:

It was very difficult for Cindy to pick a favorite, the challenge gallery was full of beautiful and inspiring projects. In the end, #103 Esther's rainbow color trees won her heart.

Michelle finally chose #89 Trina-the coloring and shading of the die cuts is outstanding!

Arlene had such a hard time choosing, but choose she did!

The sentient, lone deer and plants seemed just perfect.
#5 Ellibelle's Corner

Sue chose this card by #64 - Jo. The nativity scene is so cute
and I love the Bethlehem die cut behind them.

Linda was late to the party but really loved the texture by #105 Pam Sparks!

Cindy created a fancy/uneven edge on card featuring Frantic Stamper 6x6 Romantic Damask Stencil.

Arlene thought that she would put mushrooms on her card instead of eating them.

Michelle loves this die edger from Frantic Stamper-

Sue made this card using PinkFresh Studio's Essentials Mini Slimline Stitched Scalloped Rectangle die available at Frantic Stamper.

Lucille made her card using Katzelkraft Fox on Window stamp available at  Frantic Stamper

Let's see what the Divas have in mind for you!

Arlene's favorite poinsettia plays a central part of this card.

Linda still needed Christmas cards and got out the gorgeous
BPD Herbarium Plate Layer Set. You can see details & bonus HERE.

Dawn chose to make a Valentine Card, using Prime Peony Duo die set

Christmas Joy

Hi there.  It's my turn to share with you today.

Our November Challenge is : Any Holiday in the Year

We're delighted to have Birch Press Design as our fabulous sponsor this month!!

We will award BPD's prize of a $20 gift card to the store on Dec. 3rd, drawn randomly from eligible entries in the November gallery.

For my card I've gone for a Christmas card - but using non-Christmas products from Birch Press.

I chose a watercoloured panel from my stash.  It's made with watercolour powders and had been sitting on the desk for awhile.   I took my Birch Press String Art Hot Press Plate and used it to emboss the panel.  I made a poinsettia out of Birch Press Star Flowers. I cut the two flowers with red card.  The centre layers I added dark red in.    I recently picked up the JOY die at my local magazine store.   It's by Chloe's Design and had been a magazine freebie.  I cut it with some gold card and layered the flower over the O.  It's great to use non-Christmas stash.  And use up some of my more colourful backgrounds.

Do come and join us at Die Cut Divas with your any holiday projects.

Merry Christmas

Introducing Birch Press, our fantastic sponsor for the month of November!

The challenge theme is: Any Holiday in the Year.  Winner's prize is $20 gift card to the store.

Here is my project-

Usually, I tend to use the Kessa Arch set (Birch Press-retired) in a monochromatic card. This time I tried a pattern paper on the top layer and really like the result! For more information on this card, please visit me at Just A Nutter Paper Crafter.

Make sure to enter for a chance at that wonderful prize!

ANY HOLIDAY OF THE YEAR

Our sponsor this month is Birch Press Design. They will be giving our winner a $20 gift card to their online store. Thank you Birch Press Design for your generosity.

I chose Christmas as my "ANY HOLIDAY OF THE YEAR". Here's my card

For my card, I used Birch Press Design's Littletown Village dies for the trees, shacks and roofs and Birch Press Design's Merry Christmas Confection Script die for the sentiment. For specifics on how I created the card, please visit my foleysfriend blog. See you again later this month.

Splendid Poinsettia

 Hi,

November's challenge is: Any Holiday of the Year, and I chose to make more Christmas cards.

This one features the Forest Leaf And Berries Contour Layers Die from our November sponsor Birch Press Design.

On the my second card, the focal element is the Splendid Poinsettia.  Although this set is retired, there is a new one called Classic Poinsettia that looks just as beautiful.

Birch Press Design is our sponsor this month.  And they are generously giving a $20 gift card as a challenge prize.

For full supply list of my projects, visit Escape To Stamping.

Bye for now.

Linda loved the beautiful flowers and texture by #105 Loopylou!

Sue loved the super cute shaker card by #74 - Karen L

Arlene had to run through over 150 entries to narrow down her choices (which was so difficult) to
#99, My Paper Epiphany.

Michelle loves roses, so this card by #71 Mary, spoke to her!
(This was such a tough group of cards to pick a favorite)
